    Body in Balance was created as a space for a holistic approach to healthier living for individuals. I provide massage services, ideas, products and education to uniquely empower women in the physical, personal and professional areas of their life. My passion is to help you to connect to movement in your body and movement in your life. I am a self-care advocate both on and off the table. I want to support you on a journey of being your happiest and healthiest self.
